Improvement art meme

i think it's kinda fun to look back to see how far you've come. and this one's great, since it starts when i started.

in Fall of 03, i started doing art. i didn't care at all about it before then. FLCL made me want to draw, like for serious. lol.

i'd say 04 and 09 were the best years, especially in the summer. 04 was good b/c i just started a few months prior, and i was new to this anthropomorphic thing. it was fun exploring possibilities, just drawing w/ no concern of accuracy of proportions, composition, and whathaveyou. 09 was similar - by trying new stuff, but w/ digital, exploring special effects w/ greyscale underpaintings, particles, textures, materials, and more exciting lighting/ color scenarios.

but yeah. that's what i got[s] to show.
