SE_Krug 2

An illustration I did for Stardrift Empires, an mmo on Facebook, syfygames, and stardriftempires.com. I've been working on this project for the past few months at Blue Frog Gaming, which has been awesomely fun and challenging.

This is an illustration of an alien race called the Krug. they are a group of barbarians whose civilization focuses on warfare and brutality. to express their chaotic nature, we designed them w/ technological and organic implants, mismatched armor, etc. i gave this one alot of spikes, the two on the right being implants. also has tech bits going into its chest cavity and attached to his skull. this one was alot more fun than the first one, and the under lighting was fun to paint which makes him more brooding/ foreboding looking; big and scary.
