i didn't get to where i wanted to with the one i uploaded last week 
, so i reworked it a bit.
worked with some new/ different effects, brushes, and layer blending modes.
and i think the outcome is much better. there are a few things i couldn't get to look right, like the fog/ smoke, but i'll work on that in the future.
